If so, it probably didn't happen very much for these reasons:
1. After you made a calculation, you'd probably write it down or memorize it or tell someone else the result. So modifying it after the fact would be pointless.
2. If you mess with someone's abacus while they're using it, I think that someone would notice and be very unhappy.....
