Two birds

If the Vietnamese government doesn't give enough of a fu*k about taking care of their own people, then why should we? They have both the government tax base and technical know how to easily pay for it and do it themselves but they want us to pay for it.

It was the American government that put it there. The cost of justice can be justly paid only by the invader.

B.S. It is the duty of their own government to take care of their own people. That's government 101.
