It belongs to Israel, Skippy. If Israel is OK with it, it isn’t “stealing”
Personally, I’d leave it just the way it is and let the “Palestinians” lie in the bed that they themselves have made. It’s their mess, let THEM clean it up.
NOT ONE DIME of US money should be sent to clean it up or rebuild it.
