Yes, but perception of a pic is ambiguous.
A) He didn't SAY eat any of it.
B) He is allowing Americans to choose & sadly many choose McDs.
C) Moderation in ALL things is key.
D) McDs may use healthier ingredients in their cruddy menu because of those guys.

I think they have tried healthy alternatives before and it didn't work, no one goes to McDs' and expects real food.

And yet McDs is a money gin, which is another reason Trump may have chosen them to amplify again & again.

I choose NEVER to eat there but maybe McDs corporate is ready to make some INGREDIENT changes.
The point of the meme was the symbolic 'eating their lunch' which is happening. Patriots are in control.

I agree, I understood the purpose if the meme. I just found it ironic that the symbol of eating their lunch was junk food, it actually kind of fits when you think it through.

I think the history of humanity leads to no, not ever. There will always be greedy men who demand everyone around them bow to their will.
