well for one: that would require tits (which dragons don't have) and it would require the female giving birth (which is impossible because dragons lay eggs)
but the thing is with crop milk, it is regurgitated food stored in a pouch in the throat. it does not require the animal to have breasts or be able to give birth. no offense but you should study biology more
