I think Ubisoft Toronto is still alive, which means the Splinter Cell remake might still be possible with a 2026 release date.
But you can pretty much say good bye to Watch Dogs and The Division. And Far Cry has been missing in action for a good long while.
I don’t think Ubisoft will ever go out of business. Their Tom Clancy division alone is too big to fail. But their terrible game design strategy that’s been going on since 2012 is finally coming back to bite them.
