That would be criminal law. The old testament promotes and encourages criminal behaviors. You like to excuse it by calling it "ceremonial law" -- this is just the same old Divine Command Theory horseshit. But it's still criminal to commit genocide even if you label it "ceremonial law".
"Divine command theory" is the idea that whatever your particular god commands is right and moral, without regard to any known rules of morality. According to this theory, the Muslim suicide bombers on 9/11 only did one thing wrong: they listened to the wrong god compared to the god worshipped at Cedar Creek Church of God. If God/Yahweh /Jehovah/Jesus commanded them to blow up buildings or to hijack airplanes, then THAT would suddenly and inexplicably now be "moral" and "right."
