Let me explain:
You may be asking, why does God allow evil and all these things to exist on Earth? There's an answer to that. God allows the free will of mankind.
To elaborate, when God gave Adam and Eve a perfect world, they rejected it by eating the fruit. Therefore, they and all of mankind is put to here, where evil reigns. However, God still exists, but only if you seek him. You see, God doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the called.
