What Mr. Heeler (aka Dad or Bandit) is trying to say is that his son Bluey is a kid, and his daughter Bingo is a toddler. (I know Muffin is a girl and a toddler, but I don't know if Socks is a boy, girl, or non binary. I also don't know if Socks is 2, making Socks a toddler, or 1, making Socks a baby.
