your body knows what to do with liquids while asleep because it's on autopilot, so you just swallowed a bunch of the blood which is really gross to think of
yes but not really it was a rush of liquid so my body didnt have a chance to swallow because of have much there was. and I ended up coughing up most of the blood.
it was really scary. i never really had any problems with seeing blood or even my own but as i coughed it up i was crying and trembling. to anybody else it looked like a small problem but to me i was terrified but couldn't be comforted by anyone because it was past midnight and everyone was asleep
me thinking back to the time I was lying down and got a nose bleed while I slept but insted of coming out my nose it went down my throat and I almost drowned in my own blood without anyone knowing
