Maybe they decided to make an orange variant and one of the orange Tic-Tacs found its way into the box of green Tic-Tacs. One time I checked out a VHS cassette of "Rocky & Bullwinkle" from my local library. The box said it was distributed by "Buena Vista Home Video", but the cassette itself had part of a silver sticker reading "Walt Disney Home Video".
