honestly it really depends on the character, and i do not like jiggle if they are literally just walking.

I mean technically for characters with bigger cup sizes them jiggling while they walk is pretty realistic unless their wearing a sports bra but even then they do move mostly that much for the bigger ones, but if we're talking smaller then then do not do that
