How did they find it? Did it swallow any stars? That seems so huge to not be more interesting... what else can you tell us? It seems like a huge "hole" in the fabric of space that a galaxy could be swallowed by it?

If we know what it looks like, that means we've sent satellites or something? Just how many light years away from earth have we explored? I'd really like to know just how deep have we explored space? We talk about how deep we explored the sea...

But the sun isn't even one light year away from us. Maybe I need to ask how fast the images of such a black hole can travel back to us if it is 90,000 light years away.
