and the larger the company, the more of an obligation the company has to cover
The reason why is because the larger the company, the more they're able to financially absorb the cost of reduced capabilities of completing the work load.
I worked at a few warehouses over the years and the typical female numbers for product collecting was 40% of a mans
A multi-national company can afford this, a company with 6 workers would go bankrupt
and hence why proportional representation doesn't apply to small companies
