Lines are too choppy, eyes look off

The eyes look like that on purpose and the chppyness is like that because i used a mouse

Add stabilizer effect
I use Kleki and it has a stabilizer that helps make straighter lines

No 1. I have no idea what that is. No 2. I used ms 3d paint and krita.

Yes i do say so and i made my brother a cartoon robot rabbit using msp and then krita.

maybe use a better drawing program that has layers like Kleki or sum

I did the seal on ms 3d paint and then i did the headset and flag with krita which does have layers.

well, maybe next time do the all of the lineart first, and then the coloring underneath, but otherwise, its not half bad

No idea. I traced over a seal sticking its head out of the water and i made it look goofy as possible.
