Lines are too choppy, eyes look off

The eyes look like that on purpose and the chppyness is like that because i used a mouse

Add stabilizer effect
I use Kleki and it has a stabilizer that helps make straighter lines

No 1. I have no idea what that is. No 2. I used ms 3d paint and krita.

Yes i do say so and i made my brother a cartoon robot rabbit using msp and then krita.

I did the seal on ms 3d paint and then i did the headset and flag with krita which does have layers.

It took me so long to make. (I think i did this a little less than a year ago)

Trust me when i say it used to look worse.

No idea. I traced over a seal sticking its head out of the water and i made it look goofy as possible.
