PUTIN & US could afford a lot of things if we began to trust each other. RUSSIA HAS NEVER ATTACKED AMERICA & have no reason to start now. OBAMA & HILLARY BILL THE BUSHES have stuck thier thumbs in RUSSIAS eye for decades and they haven't attacked the US.

Who ever inks a treaty with RUSSIA, either US or China. Will dictate wich way the world goes. If Russia was to joined NATO China is neutralized. IF they signed with CHINA EU & US is finished
