Now that I think about it their outfits give sort of a Yin and Yang vibe when you compare them, Norea has a dark long sleeve shirt and white shorts while Sophie has a white tank top and dark pants.
Interesting design detail I noticed in Witch from Mercury. Norea and Sophie actually match opposite to their mobile suits.
Norea has blue hair but pilots the Lfrith Thorn (brown Gundam)
and Sophie has red-ish hair but pilots the Lfrith Ur (blue Gundam).
