Anyone coming across the border not through a port of entry should be met by the US military. The federal government has an obligation to prevent invasion of the states. Crossing the border meets that definition. If person’s apprehended are not apparent terrorists, they should be turned over to CBP and/or DEA.

And if they are terrorists, they should shot on site and left there as a warning and as coyote food.
