We both know an arkumm is required for sitewide mods to take the stream. I have a system in place to prevent that from happening

I once heard the term "widespread abuse" from a global mod as an excuse to delay giving any control back to the users. They don't need anything at all.

Overload has zero activity. No one wants to arkuum it. That's a good system to have.
