There absolutely must be at least several ways to negate those pardons
I refuse to believe someone whose not mentally fit to stand trial can pardon people who haven't even been charged.
I mean what if it turns out there's 2 separate crimes? 3? 4? 5?
What if you commit one after the pardon?
If there's no specified conviction(s) then it could be construed as a get out of jail card to be used at your discretion
What should we do about Presidential pardons? Use them to protect all friends and family; Get rid of the pardon power; Require the President to say exactly what the person is guilty of before pardoning them
