i deleted my account shortly after finding out that character ai basically exists to sell user data to google
also you can't delete messages or chats; it just hides them from you.

apparently they're only ever going to be making the filters stricter as well
many people have gotten filtered because of eating (??)
and idk if you heard but there's timeouts now so if you accidentally trigger the filter, you essentially get banned from chatting with bots for 24hr (unless something has changed since last I checked)

I tried making a Sparking Zero Gohan ai that was edgy and killed people and stuff

I miss when people would make their ocs and share it and them we'd sexually assault them
