I just watched the trailer and they have seemingly fixed every gripe I had about the OG switch.

The stand is bigger, they ditched the joy con's sliding mechanism (which broke on mine and is kinda loose now), there's a charging port on top and from the looks of it the motion controls strap might not be a separate accessory now (lost one of mine)

They started on the Wii U I think, then they added compatibility to the New 3ds/2ds, then they put it on the switch

I'm willing to bet they'll be compatible with the switch 2.

I have a feeling splatoon 4 could be a prequel since past won the final fest, it could possibly show the great turf war in its story mode

Splatoon games are supposed to take place in the ME (mollusk era) version of the year the game came out, the story modes at least, so its most likely gonna be more based on the first game while taking place in the present

Well I still think it's possible that there's gonna at least be something related to the past given how previous final fest results effected the next games

Marie won the splatoon 1 final fest, and callie got squidnapped in splatoon 2.

Chaos won in splatoon 2, now we have splatsville and order got turned into the DLC

Now past has won in splatoon 3... wonder what'll happen with this one
