I was looking into how to do that, it’s been a while since I made one. Whatever image you want as a template, go to the “Create meme” link, upload your image, set the text boxes the way you want them, then click on “make image available to imgflip community” or something like that. You can add tags and search words so others can find it. I will look closer to see what I missed, but that should help you on your way.
