What if like we get to vote on if that one person should be banned daily for a week. If they don't redeem themself or everyone comes to understand them then no ban. Because if everyone wants them to be banned every day then maybe they deserve to be banned

I think there is only like one case where someone would be unfairly banned (and that's Retro, since his memechats were fake) and even then they aren't a great person anyway

if EVERYONE would have to agree on that then it would take a super long time because of timezones so theres NEVER a point in time where everyone is online at once so you would have to wait for input from the other users too
and how would you ensure that they saw the thingy to give their input
plus what if a user is still active but wont be online for a day or two then you would really have to wait
