“Wrong side of the road”, Lol 🤣
We had a highway here in the state of Delaware that they called “The Metric Highway”. All the distances on the signs were in metric. Even the “mile markers” were in kilometers. I thought it was cool, but the distances were mysterious when trying to figure when your exit would be. Luckily, our speedometers have both systems on it, so you could kind of use that as a rough guide. It was tougher when you were getting close, because it would say to turn right in so many meters or whatever, and you didn’t know if you should stay on the gas, or get ready to slow down. Another thing is the speed limit signs were also in metric 😳🤣 I don’t know how long it lasted, but it’s long gone.
