Little know fact:
Back in Neanderthal times since they didn't have Dominion machines, or even paper chads to punch, they voted by what the cave paintings depict as "Mouth pleasing the Candidate".

So naturally this system immediately DOUBLED the Liberal chances of winning, and was a natural to form the Democratic party.
