Yes. But a current workaround is Googling "USERNAME" "KEYWORD" site:imgflip.com

Replace USERNAME with your username, and KEYWORD with what you want to search, and keep the quotes.

It still can take a while, as the comments page only shows a limited number of comments at a time.
