Good luck getting high render distance without using mods

Real. Java is too slow for higher anyways. Bedrock is so fast that you can render 96 chunks in every direction and still have more than 30 fps, especially on a gaming pc.

My phone can run 22 render distance (the max it lets me) fine, and i even have an animation texture pack on

true, but Java's will always be 32 chunks no matter what.
