It's sort of hard tho I've seen both but genocyber is way more detailed tho idk.

Both are great, Elfen lied has less detailed gore but it is more often, plus it has other nasty crap in it, on the other hand, genocyber does not have as many violent scenes, but is way more detailed to the point where it looks real.
