You know what, I kind of agree. I liked it as a kid, but looking back it's pretty formulaic. Like, if you've seen one episode, you know exactly what to expect for the rest of the series. Gravity Falls still holds up for the most part though. I was never a fan of generic Cal-Arts style animation, but literally everything else about it not only makes up for it, but nearly negates it.
