This is often in the form of providing new businesses that help the economy for everyone. Think how many thousands of people Amazon or SpaceX employs — and these are just two businesses that billionaires own. Most of the wealth is tied up in stocks used to buy places for them to work, tools and equipment to make their products, material to make them (like buying wool to make cloth), plus they pay their workers even if their profits are down. They often go years without pay to keep the business profitable and if it goes under they personally are on the hook for the debts the business incurred. It’s only fair since they provided all these and risk their own money that they should get the profit from the business. If you’re willing to do the same you get the profits. There.
