Aiden: *yawn* wtf?

???: *startled* what the- how did you get here?

Aiden: *morning tired* wha?

*me* hey man. what's up. Where am I?

[*Zönig sits up, a bit dazed. He looks over at the man and tilts his head a bit, staring at him blankly*]

(Imma use my new Samurai OC, Kaito Sasaki. Image in a second)

*He rubbed his head. He checked his belt, checking that his sword was still there, and stood up. That's when he saw the stranger.*

"Hey!"

David: yeah, unfortunately. It really sucks sometimes.

"I must return home."

David: well every so often, boats sail by here, so try to catch one when you see it.

"I will."

*He made a direct line for the beach.*

*there seem to be nо boats*
David: *runs up beside you* dude, they come like once a month. And the last ones came yesterday.

"Then I will wait here."

*He got up and began searching the edge of the forest.J

*David follows*
David: hey, it’s nearly night, why don’t you come stay at the building?

"I can handle myself. Help me find building materials."

David: i’ll help tomorrow, i’m tired as hell right now… *he starts walking off*

*He kept looking.*

*they all got on the ship*

"Take me to Japan."

??? #1: alrighty. *they set sail*

*He retreated to his quarters.*

*David’s just chillin*

*He was reading.*

(Timeskip to night)
*David went down to his quarters*

*He found Kaito sharpening his sword.*

David: eventful day, huh?

"Yup."

*David ignores them*

*So did Kaito.*

"Go find some people willing to man this ship. I'll stay here and keep it from being stolen."

David: um… alright. *scurries off*

*He fell over the railing onto the main deck, but he wasn't hurt. He just stood up and reached into his rations barrel, pulling out a piece of beef.*

*about 30 minutes later he comes back with two people (i will draw them later)*

"Who are these two?"

David: randoms i found.
??? #1: i had nothing else to do.
??? #2: same here.

"Great. One of you sail the ship. The other gets to be our cook. I am Sasaki, Kaito. That is David."

??? #1: i’ll sail.
??? #2: alright then, i’ll cook.

*He kept eating his food.*

David: welp, imma go to bed. Goodnight.

"Goodnight."

*he gets on his bed and sleepytime honk mimimi*

*Kaito retreated to his own bed.*

*the next day*

*David was woken up by a bunch of shouting from the deck.*

David: wha- *runs to the deck*

*Evidentky, a sleepwalking Kaito had almost fallen off the side of the boat, the the cook he had brought was trying to keep him from tipping.*

David: oh my lord… *he runs over to help*

*Eventually, they managed to pull him back on board.*

David: usually they come once a month… *he squints, as he thinks he sees something on the horizon*

"What do you see?"

David: nо way… that’s a boat! (How about we get some pirates up in here)

"A boat?"

David: well… it’s a bit big.

"Wouldn't that be better? It means there are more people. Safety in numbers and all."

David: yeah, that’s true. *the boat arrives after a while and… wait a minute, are those pirates?!*

"Pirates. Scoundrels. Theives with no honor."

*He drew his sword. He had his armor on.*

"Go and retrieve my helmet."

*he zooms to grab your helmet and gives it to you*

*He put it on as the ship made landfall.*

???: *startled* what the- how did you get here? And what’s up with the sword?

"I do not know. And I am a samurai. I don't leave my sword anywhere. Who are you?"

???: I’m David. Here, follow me. *he starts walking the opposite direction of the ocean*

*He followed, hand poised to draw his sword at the drop of a hat should the need arise.*

*they reach a large building before sunset*

"What is this place?"

David: a house i made while i’ve been stuck here.

"Is there anyone besides us two?"

David: there have been a few but they managed to leave the island.

"So we're alone?"

*he drinks*

"How is it?"

David: it’s really good! *he smiles*

*He nodded and finished his tea, then began sharpening his kstana.*

*David finishes and walks back out onto the shore*

*He watched.*

*He’s watching intently at the horizon, probably looking for something to happen*

"What are you waiting for?"

(I need an excuse for Kaito to show off as a fighter)

David: boat.

(how could we do that)

(No idea, you decide)

"I thought you said they only come once a month."

*he kept chopping them up, slowly because the axe was heavy*

"You're moving too slow! Use this!"

*He handed David his second katana.*

David: *catches it* thanks! *he starts slashing*

"Be careful! It's fragile if you don't have good structure!"

*He continued cutting down the pirates.*

*eventually all the pirates are dead*

"Let's check the ship."

*He walked aboard the deck.*

*it’s pretty empty*

"I'll see if she's seaworthy. You go back to your house and gather your belongings. If she can sail, we can leave."

David: alrighty. *he leaves*

*He scoured the ship, checking for any problems or weaknesses. Finding none, he went to gather his belongings from the small house he had made.*

*he takes it and gets on*

"Those are your rations. There's more, but try to make it last."

*He prepared to set off.*

*he looks at the rations and decides to sit somewhere else*

*The boat lunched as the anchor was drawn up and it began to move.*

*he seemed happy, knowing that he could leave

*He began sailing.*

(Sure. Say they found a port town and are stopping because they're going stir crazy and need human contact before they lose it)

David: finally, land! I was starting to get seasick.

*Ge pulled into the port. They were instantly cursed at by seamen.*

*he had his stuff in his arms*

"Load it on. We're leaving this place!"

*he puts his stuff inside the ship*

*He took his sword back.*

"Is that everything?"

David: oh, one more thing! *he runs to get something*

"Hurry back!"

*he comes back with a Snoopy plush*

*He chuckled slightly, before clearing his throat.*

David: what is it?

"Nothing. Get on."

*He handed David a key.*

David: phew, that was awfully close. *carries him back to bed*

*the pirates come storming in*

*He drew his sword.*

"Theives! You fight without honor! Prepare to meet your fate!"

*He stood in a ready stance. His mask cast an unnerving feeling amongst them as he prepared to fight.*

"I am a warrior of Clan Sasaki! I will not fail!"

David: can you fend them off for now? I got some weapons back at the building.

"I can. Go, and hurry!"

*He ran at the approaching pirates.*

*he zooms off*

*He began fighting.*

*he comes back with a big handmade axe*

*He was still fighting. The pirates barely got within range of his sword before their heads were cut off.*

*he jumps in, immediately killing one by chopping someone’s head off*

*He kept slashing.*

(Yeah sure)

*It's been a week. Kaito was clinging in his small house on the shore.*

*David is on the shore* (i gotta go gn)

(Gn)

*He peeked out, then called him over.*

*he walks over*

"Want some tea?"

David: sure.

*He brewed and poured two cups of green tea, then instructed Dacid to sit on hos knees at a small table.*

*he sits on his knees at the table*

"Drink."

*He took a sip from his tea.*

*the next day, David is sitting on the shore*

*He had fallen asleep face-down in the sand. When he saw David, he called out.*

"David! I need your help!"

Avid: hm? Oh- *he runs toward him* what happened?

"I'm building a jyoshu jokatu! I need materials and tools!"

David: like what?

"Like wood and hammers and nails!"

(A jyoshu jokatu, by the way, is a small Japanese house. I made friends with a Japanese person, then person I invited to the stream, and she's teaching me about Japanese culture, hence where I got Kaito from)

(Oh cool)
David: ah. I think i have some in the building! *he runs off*

*He waited.*

*he came back with a lot of stuff*

"This helps, a lot."

*He began building.*

(Can we skip forward a week or so to avoid having to narrate the construction of a Japanese teahouse?)
