I finally finished library of ruina... Here's some nuggets that I think deserved a new outfit!! First up is Tsar! Devilish requested a black suit so here it is! Here's Shiver! If you're wondering why it's similar to Tsar's, it's because they both come from the Reverberation Ensemble! And with a matching outfit, Pearl!
