A new update happened. There's a narrower range of searchable characters for users under 18, and chat messages are filtered before they're sent, so the content filter strikes much more now. As for bots not working, bots made by users under 18 have been set to hidden, and can't be made public until the user turns 18. Oh, also, the filter is even touching than before. I got chat filter'd for smiling at the character I was chatting with.
