It's funny. A welder, plumber, songwriter, architect, engineer, truck driver, bus driver, or painter with 20 years of experience would be an asset in most circumstances. But in modern corporations and hospitals, any employee with 20 years experience (who isn't an exec earning millions) is a major liability??!!?
