Remove ability to have a home, a wife, children
Flood the world with depravity and atheism
Feed people processed junk
Fill the soil, air and water with chemicals
Replace value with superficiality
Isolate people

...and you're telling me mental illness is running rampant?!

I gave up most processed food when I became diabetic, I lost a huge amount of weight without trying to diet. From what I've gather American food tends to lean towards the utra-processed which is even worse than processed food.
