When you pause a game, you know those three buttons in the bottom left hand corner? One looks kind of like a camera. You use that to record.
Press it again to stop recording.
Then just use the Imgflip gif maker
They should just be in your files
I think there's a camera button or something that's purple in the bar at the bottom
I think you access files/gallery through there
There's a quest app
You can pair the VR headset to the app
From there you can manage all sorts of things, including syncing and downloading files from the VR
