Common Sense Media gave The Princess Diaries 5 stars out of 5, and recommended it for ages 8 and up. (I suspect their high review score may be because the movie takes place in San Francisco, the home base for Common Sense Media.)

Correct. San Francisco, the home base for Common Sense Media, is not too far from The Walt Disney Studios in Burbank (the latter which they also reviewed its movies such as Prom, Enchanted, National Lampoon’s College Road Trip, the Pirates of the Caribbean series, Lady and the Tramp, The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins Returns, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, Freaky Friday, Hannah Montana: The Movie, High School Musical, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Wreck-It Ralph, Frozen, Encanto and Cinderella).
