I have poor ppl in my family, they choose not to work and spend their$$ (sec8,welfare etc,) $$ on dumb stuff like 300$ nikes etc etc. they are poor because of themselves

Most homeless are actually by either choice or from mental illness in neither situation would free housing solve the homelessness. So you clear both evil and ignorant.
