If Tronus ever fought someone like Tarn, who'd come out on top?

Well, Tarns main power would be to deactivate machinery and cybertronions with his voice, but Tronus isnt machinary and has a organic body under his armor. However, Tarns ability could turn off Tronus's helmet systems. However, Tronus despite probably being smaller then Tarn, his dark matter could be a massive advantage. Tronus also has battled creatures, beings, and many more double or more the threat of Tarn.
