like the mallet that the runner of the dinner uses being stolen and hidden, staff pushing out cadet's chairs making them have to sing in front of everybody attending the dinner, and staff having to sing if they do something wrong. (last year one of the staff had to dance in front of everybody; BUT he decided it would be a good idea to rickroll everybody)

My advice: do absolutely nothing. This sounds fun.

oh you may think it's fun; BUT there are rules of a mess dinner; in an actual military mess dinner, you are not allowed to leave your seat under any circumstances; BUT at a cadet mess dinner, you always push your chair in when you are going to get your food, and there are NO elbows on the table; and if you drop your utensil, you'll have to sing in front of everybody there. and you are only allowed to talk to the people that are across from you or beside you.

...and? Just don't start anything. If you want to do it, do it. Otherwise, just stay the course and treat it like a normal meal.

By saying "All 3?" He is bringing up the possibility of all the 'shenanigans' in question, he didn't phrase it as a statement as if he knew that all 3 was included.
