What or which laws are you referring to?

It can also be a lack thereof. So a ceo is protected by laws that say it's fine to deny claims that cost lives while clinging to murder being illegal. See the problem?

No. The CEO runs the company in accordance with the wishes of the shareholders and the Board of Directors. They are the ones that promulgate the policies. The CEO’s job is to run the company as the shareholders and BoD’s want and to make it profitable.

All of that equals CEOs are responsible for murder.

Utter nonsense. No one put a gun to their head and made them get health insurance from any particular company…(except for, of course the U.S. Government under the auspices of the ACA, known as “Obamacare”)
There are disclosures in all insurance policies. P’raps one should peruse them, from time to time, eh?

Irrelevant. The healthcare industry is responsible for far too much death and misery and they are getting what they deserve.

Insurance isn't healthcare. You cannot even keep your own propaganda strait.

Insurance is part of the healthcare industry, insurance denying you healthcare for the sack of profits is both cruel and unusual, and murderous.
You can call facts propaganda all you want, but all you really prove is that you are a corporate bootlicker who doesn't value life, or at least selectively values life.

Insurance has a 1% profit rate. You're asking for no one to have coverage thought bankrupting the companies based off of blood libel. But thanks for lying about me so you can feel morally superior while wanting even more people to die.

Insurance is only one half the problem, we need to cap how much hospitals and providers can charge for sure. But the system as it stands now? No this is disgusting most every civilized country has lower infant mortality rates, lower death rates and which means people are better taken care of and less people go underserved and untreated leading to less death.

In other words finically break hospitals so no one gets good care. Your assuming a correlating means some sort of causation, without looking at cofounding factors. Americans are in general far less healthy because we eat so much ulta-proccessed foods.

Making so hospitals can't charge 3000 percent markups is not going to break them. You should not be paying 150 dollars for a thirty two cent bag of saline. And there you go trying to victim blame fat people and our diet. So I guess what you mean to say is you are a fascist who wants to control people's diet and then leave them to die because the hospital should be able to overcharge just because they got fat? And if they can't pay f**k em right? That's your premise. I guess hospitals and insurance should continue to run amok, hospitals should be able to overcharge insurance companies so I surance companies have to cut corners on patient care. I dunno man sounds like the problem is as usual greed. A problem easily fixed by forcing price transparency in hospitals and capping how much of a markup they can put on goods and services at around 150 percent. That way costs are covered and they still make a profit, and then the insurance companies has no excuse, and if after all that people are still dying from delayed or denied care them we know how to fix that problem to.

Stealing from the poor is illegal.

Unless you are: an insurance company, politician, Brett Farve.

That's false equivalence by redefining what the word means, not actual stealing.

Ah so none of those people steal from the poor? Okay some facts: the health industry receives subsidies paid for by your taxes and they do not improve the service as they are supposed to instead going into board members pockets, Brett Farve grifted millions of dollars from Mississippi welfare program to build an unneeded athletic stadium. The politicians loot social programs all the time, which is why HUD and section eight never have enough money to serve everyone in need, we pay for these programs only for them to always be over extended because their funding keeps getting cut to pay exorbitant salaries for politicians. And you say that's not blatant theft? F**k outta here.

"Ah so none of those people steal from the poor?" If one black person steals, that doesn't make blacks into thieves. That thinking is the way of bigotry. Most of what you listed isn't theft, unless it's done by fraud which is illegal already.

Most of what I listed isn't theft? F**king really? I'll acknowledge not every corporation is a thief, but you need to acknowledge how many of them are thieves, not to mention poisoners and murderers. Like the Du Pont poisoned our water supply, or how glysophate is linked to the rise of gluten intolerance and is driving our insects extinct and is linked to lymphoma that's in our found thanks to monsato's genetic engineering, oh and that time Monsanto robbed farmers claiming patent infringement because of cross pollination which is not something humans can control. Or the time Nestle starved babies so they could sell African mothers substandard poisonous formula. Or the time United fruit destroyed Nicaragua. Or how about the movie Erin Brokovich? That one was a real life case and you can talk to the real Erin Brokovich about it, that ones another case of corporate murder. Then you have the ENRON scandal, blatant thievery. The time Rick Scott defrauded Medicaid/Medicare for millions of dollars while his hospitals gave substandard care. The fact that hospital pricing is not only secretive but completely arbitrary and insane, three thousand percent markups on products and diagnostic testing.

Yes corporations have bad actors and do both immoral and illegal things. Each was a decision by a person that should be held legally accountable for what the the people did. To often it a small punishment for the corporation that makes no sense.

And how do you think we get rid of tyrants exactly? Do you think they just relinquish power and walk away? When your rights are disrespected or abolished you have a duty to fight back. Violence begets violence means that when tyrants use violence against the people, the people destroy the tyrants. You seem to forget that liberation and liberty are almost always paid for with blood.

More propaganda to keep you from fighting for yourself.
0 ups, 7mo
No, it's the cycle that needs broke for progress. As an analogy, it's not enough to just overthrow a tyrant, you also need to keep from installing another in their place. If you want basic rights respected, you will not get their by destroying basic rights.
