False it was a civil case and Trump was no found guilty of rape. Having followed the case, no reasonable person could determine that Trump was guilty of what he was charged with which wasn't rape.
She didn't know the date or even year, no one saw Trump in an extremely public area where he was well know, the law changed just so this one civil case could go forward. No physical evidence of this exists because of the multidecade gap between incident and the civil case. Justice delayed is justice deigned for both sides.
