One wonder when 'ignore the facts-based truth' became the root-core operating principle of the MSM.

It's nice that aside from Trump and Musk there are a tiny handful of conservative podcasters -- now apparently including Joe Rogan as at least a quasi-conservative -- who can honestly say what they know, via facts, and therefore logically conclude, WITHOUT immediately being mortally wounded by the immensely powerful and quasi-in-charge of things Left and then destroyed.

When did it happen that you had to be BOTH wealthy and massively influential via connections, NOT to be destroyed simply for telling the vast pool of -- mostly -- politically indifferent citizens facts and therefore truth?

Rogan got a huge wake-up call when the left went after him for telling the truth about Covid.

That's true. So much has happened since then, that I forgot about that. They collectively slammed his eyes Wide Full Open. Something similar -- on a vastly more minor scale of things -- happened to me when after many years of politically siding with card carrying liberals on a political forum -- not outright leftists -- and without really fully being a liberal myself -- I got called a racist by many of them when I refused to insta-dump MY candidate at the time, Hillary Clinton, for Barack Obama.

I didn't particularly like Hillary but I also had little against her -- but back then I knew far less about her -- but since she had worked with Bill inside the White House and had lobbied national and world leaders for her feminist policies and then became a senator, to me that all gave her a slight edge over first term Barack Obama. Truth to tell I just didn't see much difference between Hillary and John McCain.

SO I held my ground and gently argued for her candidacy; and the HATRED from former online liberal 'friends' became virulent and unreasoning. TO them the only possible reason I COULD have for rejecting a man with ZERO national level experience and no management or leadership history was racism. So that was my own personal eyes slammed WFO transformative event.

I knew a lot about the Clintons before 2016, but the Project Veritas reporting that came out in 2016 was a real eye-opener about the MSM... they tried to bury the truth... since then I've never trusted them again...

That and then again when Elon Musk began releasing all that logged Twitter information after purchasing the company. I think that helped open the eyes of younger yet voters.

That definitely made it much harder for the MSM to bury the truth they didn't want America to see...
