Notice in almost all photos of Perry restraining a man they crop out the rest of the photograph showing the Black good Samaritan citizen helping to restrain the violent mad man? He certainly wasn't brought up on charges and the fanatically leftist loyal MSM has been very careful to pretend he never existed.
