It makes sense for dusk to be able to get fused with necrozma

Dusk is also much weaker than solgaleo and lunala hence bigger changes happen faster to dusk than those two which is why dusk has only one eye and a whisp tail, though upon being separated from necrozma he regains his second eye and his tail becomes a regular tail
