I really don't! I made myvegg whites with peppers and onions, had fruit as always lots of fres fruit and berries, pomegranate juice and coffee. Cooked and tasted things with spoons, here and there. Had a huge dinner for everyone. I had a few shrimp, salad. 2 snallvslices of turkey and some vegetables. Iblook around and I am really having everyone is enjoying, and the plates look like theycweigh about 10 pounds each! Then people complain and seem miserable, and want more!?
