Yes. You are children of God. You have tiny piece of him in your heart. But with every bit of difference between us, we aren't entering heaven the same way. Some of us are born with difficulties that makes us harder to work for greater good, some are mentally ill, some are physically weak. This is how life works and how God tests us. A test of trustworthiness to become partners with God, The first test was made for Adam and Eva, test of loyalty – not eating from that tree. And of course there was the rebel, a snake who wants to get rid of God, and of you. He fooled them into the trap, eatingthe apple. They almost lead humanity to extinction, but then we have Abraham & Sara, God tested them to leave their family to another place where God can restore his blessings to people and he passed it, but it turns to failure pretty fast, Abraham lied to protect himself, Sarah & Abraham got their son by abusing other people (since they waited very long and couldn't reproduce), Abraham almost lead Humanity to extinction, but God yet again gives him another chance by sacrificing his own son. Abraham actually does it and in the last moment, God stops him and instead offers a lamb to sacrifice, Abraham wasn't very trustworthy person, so as nation grew from him, God continues to test people, in one story, Israelis walk through desert to desired place for 40 years, someone insisted them to keep moving forward promising water and bread, but they blame God instead, they wander off ultimately going to own death.
but then we have Jesus. He passed the ultimate test. He spent 40 days without food and then came the rebel, trying to trap him, he resisted his offerings.
