and the second most spoken language in South America.

It is the official Language of the Largest Country in SA, in both Square Miles and Human Population, Brasil.

So, while your meme goes on about skin color and Spanish,
it also ignores important facts & realities of maritime history,
and omits any mention of the Dutch Fleet, The interests of France, or Portugal,
in the Western Hemisphere,
and boils things down in a rather myopic fashion to England and Spain.

Shall we go on regarding Imperial Russia or China trade interests in the W. hemisphere ?
