If that's so, then care to explain why I, living in a Capitalist nation, am very free? I have many rights and no government control over my personal life. I eat good meals every day and never go hungry, I go to church freely without fear of being prosecuted and killed, I have a functional job and get money for it.
Now my grandparents, great grandparents, and my other ancestors, they lived in the USSR. Most of them were either imprisoned or drafted for military service. They had to hold church services late at night in basements, or else the KGB would arrest them and undoubtedly torture them. One of them had a family of over 10 people, yet the NKVD dragged him away and imprisoned him for several years until they finally released him to his starving family. At work, they faced oppression from fellow workers who laughed at religion and mocked God. Even my father who was born in the 1980s (when the Soviet Union was close to collapse and its policies were freer and more tolerant), he still faced hunger. Everyone was against them, and freedom was very scarce.
Now, which one sounds like slavery and oppression to you? You probably don't have enough brain to figure this out, so I'll tell you: communism is an ideology full of oppression, slavery, and no human rights. Sure, the USSR might have been pretty useful in WWII as they were the main reason Nazi Germany was defeated, but everything else about them sucks.
